Reviews
The worst and last Hyundai car I’ll ever buy. I’ll tell you , if you buy a used car for more than 23k you assume it’ll be in great shape. No more than 1 year later they add to change the motor , the breaks, the battery and many more components that were supposed to be good as new in the car report. That was my third Hyundai car and will be my last.
The worst dealer I had ever deal with
Excellent service
Never again. to be avoided
Do not go to this dealership or any other Hyundai in Saguenay (same owner).
It seems that when you buy your vehicle, mudguards and locknuts are mandatory. Impossible to remove. As quoted by the seller: it is in the wheat of the transaction.
Complaint made to Hyundai Canada. No return.
Very bad experience, very bad service, hidden defect in the purchase of said vehicles. Stay away from Hyundai of the Kingdom, and from Jonquiere too, it seems that it is the same owners. Even having taken out an extended warranty, they no longer want to honor it.
Very disappointed with the service in general (before, during and after the sale). Several pieces of information were not sent to me at the right time, or not sent at all (availability of the desired color, waiting time stretched twice which cost me 11 months of waiting for a Kona without ever being informed of the progress, the price of the vehicle which has changed without being notified, etc...).
I've had my new $38,000 car for over a month, and I don't have any carpet inside. When I took possession of the car, I did not notice that they were missing, and I had to call the dealership myself to find out about the situation. To date, still no mat (and no tracking either).
I understand that supply issues are not the responsibility of the sellers, but it is their job and their duty to give the information they have to their customer, and unfortunately this was not done in my case.
Furthermore, at the time of the sale, I felt that I was being pushed to buy products that I did not need. The seller forced me to make a quote with another insurance company than mine, claiming better prices. I had to speak with a broker who wanted to give me a good price, but only if I had my house and my partner's car insured. In short, after three hours in the office with the salesman, I was tired, exhausted, and I finally gave up on taking products like replacement insurance and extended warranty, products which were added to my financing (so on which I pay interest). I had to stretch the financing by 6 months to keep payments within my budget.
The day after taking possession of the vehicle, I called the seller to remove the replacement insurance. He tried to dissuade me, but I held my ground. He told me he would call me back the following week to finalize everything. A week has passed and I still haven't received a call. So I contacted the seller myself to find out what was going on. The latter responded to me with great condescension, even contempt, claiming that he had never told me that he would call me back and that the file was about to be resolved, that I did not need to call. To this day, I still don't know what it is (is the replacement insurance removed? No one knows.)
Honestly, this was my first new car purchase, and I am deeply disappointed and bitter with all the sales service I received. I felt like a common number. Waiting lists are long, and the company takes customers for granted.
Thanks for the chocolates.
Never again will we buy from this place, stay far away, if I could it would be zero stars
